What is TradeIntel?

TradeIntel is a trading intelligence platform designed for traders and firms who want data-driven tools rather than opinions.

Can I use TradeIntel on my mobile?

Yes, our tools are responsive and work on phones and tablets.

Is TradeIntel investment advice?

No. TradeIntel publishes general analytics and educational content. Nothing on the site is personalized investment advice, and TradeIntel is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Does TradeIntel manage my money?

No. TradeIntel does not hold funds, execute trades, or manage accounts on behalf of users. The only money flow between TradeIntel and a member is the monthly or annual subscription fee processed by Stripe.

Can TradeIntel predict where the market is going?

No. The tools analyze historical patterns and surface statistical distributions of past outcomes. Any analytics shown are research aids, not predictions.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact form.

Can I use my account on multiple devices?

Yes. You can be signed in on up to 2 devices at the same time (e.g. phone and laptop). Logging in on a third device automatically logs out the oldest session.

I'm a subscriber but my email isn't being recognized. What should I do?

Make sure you're using the exact email address on the Stripe account you signed up with. Even a typo or capitalization difference will fail the lookup.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How do I update my payment method?

Open the Stripe Customer Portal and update the card on file.

What's the difference between free and paid?

Paid members get custom ticker entry, full parameter control on every tool, access to the live dashboards, and the trade signals feed. Free users can browse most tools with the default ticker list and read historical samples.

How far back does the historical data go?

Most tools have access to 20 years of daily history.

Some tickers are naturally shorter because the products are newer (UVXY launched in 2011, UVIX in 2022). The tools transparently report sample size when history is limited.
