Yes. You can be logged in on up to 3 devices at the same time (e.g. phone, tablet and laptop). Logging in on a fourth device automatically logs out the oldest session.
Yes. You can start with the Basic plan and upgrade to Pro at any time. Sign in, pick Pro on the pricing page, and your current subscription moves up with the difference prorated. You can also switch plans in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Make sure you're using the exact email address on the Stripe account you signed up with. Even a typo or capitalization difference will fail the lookup.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time using the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Paid members get custom ticker entry, full parameter control on every tool, access to the live dashboards, and the trade signals feed. Free users can browse most tools with the default ticker list and read historical samples.
Most tools have access to 20+ years of daily history.
Some tickers are naturally shorter because the products are newer (UVXY launched in 2011, UVIX in 2022). The tools transparently report sample size when history is limited.
