TI Charts Licence

TI Charts (the "Software") is the chart engine of TradeIntel (https://tradeintel.ca).

1. Grant of Licence

TradeIntel grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use,
copy, embed and distribute the Software in websites and applications, whether
commercial or not, subject to the conditions set out in this licence.

2. Attribution

TradeIntel grants users the right to use snapshots of TradeIntel charts in
analysis, press releases, books, articles, blog posts, and other publications.
TradeIntel also grants the right to use those materials in education sessions
and to display TradeIntel charts in video broadcasts, overviews, news,
analytics, and similar uses, on the condition that TradeIntel attribution
remains clearly visible at all times when such charts and products are used.

Attribution must include a reference to TradeIntel.

If TradeIntel charts are used in video or other promotions where the on-chart
attribution is not visible, the use must include a description of the product.
For example: “Charting and analytics used for this analysis are provided by
TradeIntel,” or simply “Charts by TradeIntel.” Font size must not be less than
10 pt (13 px / 3.4 mm).

Use of any TradeIntel products outside the TradeIntel website or platform,
without proper TradeIntel attribution, is not allowed. This includes tools,
widgets, embeds, APIs, and chart components obtained from TradeIntel and used
on third-party sites or applications. Attribution must remain as originally
designed and intended unless TradeIntel has given prior written approval to
change or remove it.

Users who remove, hide, alter, or replace required TradeIntel branding or
attribution may have access terminated, and TradeIntel may take other action
to enforce this rule.

3. Modifications

You may modify the Software for your own use, provided that the attribution
described in Section 2 remains as originally designed and intended, and
provided that modified copies are not represented as the original Software.

4. Trademarks

"TradeIntel" and the TradeIntel logo are trademarks of TradeIntel. This licence
grants no right to use them except as displayed by the Software for the
purpose of attribution.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TradeIntel be liable for any claim, damages or other
liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from,
out of or in connection with the Software or the use of the Software.

7. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its
terms. Upon termination you must cease all use and distribution of the
Software. Sections 4, 5 and 6 survive termination.
